Job Details

The Role
Remote | DFW-based candidates strongly preferred

Technical Accounting - Research and document complex accounting matters (leases, equity, SBC, revenue recognition), prepare technical memos, monitor new FASB/SEC standards
SEC Reporting - Support 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy filings; coordinate with auditors and legal; assist with XBRL tagging and earnings releases
Corporate Accounting - Support monthly/quarterly close, reconciliations, SOX control environment, and process improvement initiatives

Must-Haves

CPA - active, required
Big 4 background - required
5-8+ years of progressive experience including public accounting and industry
Hands-on SEC filing experience at a public company

Strong Differentiators

IPO or first-year public company reporting experience
Energy, infrastructure, or real estate / capital-intensive industry background
Complex equity, warrant, or SBC accounting exposure

Compensation
