• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70-85/hour W2
• Duration: Contract to Hire

What You ll Do:

• Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications while setting quality standards for the team
• Collaborate across Development, QA, and DevOps to drive a streamlined and effective SDLC
• Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and consistent coding standards
• Support project coordination through documentation, planning, and monitoring of technical deliverables

What Gets You the Job:

• 8 10 years of experience in software development with leadership responsibilities
• Strong experience with PHP, CodeIgniter, or Laravel; open to candidates with solid backend skills in Java, .NET, C#, or Azure plus basic PHP knowledge
• Proficiency in databases (MSSQL, MySQL) and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or jQuery
• Skilled in CI/CD practices, version control, pipelines, and release management (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, RESTful development, and containerization tools like Docker
