Job Title: PeopleSoft Financial Techno-Functional Consultant (Full Support Role)

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Contract Duration: 6 months

 Work Model: Hybrid 3 days Onsite

Role Overview

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Techno-Functional Consultant with a balanced expertise of 60% functional and 40% technical (or 50/50 split). The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end support across core financial modules, ensuring smooth operations, integrations, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft Financials modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable/Billing (AR/BI)
    • Asset Management (AM) – good to have
  • Manage configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements across financial modules.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, reporting managers, and clients to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and ensure compliance with financial workflows.
  • Deliver clear documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong techno-functional experience in PeopleSoft Financials.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR/BI.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQL/RDBMS.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues across modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Asset Management (AM) module.
  • Prior exposure to end-to-end financial implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.
