Position Overview:

Drive organizational transformation by modernizing technology capabilities, enhancing processes, and embedding digital innovation into long-term business strategies. This role blends business architecture, technology strategy, and process improvement, focusing on simplification, risk management, and rapid solution delivery with Agile principles. Lead cross-functional teams, analyze organizational structures, and manage project execution to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in business architecture, technology strategy, or business transformation.
• Experience in process modeling tools, especially ARIS
• Experience with Agile software implementation.
• Strong analytical, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in mortgage or real estate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $141,000 - $211,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
