ServiceNow Architect

We need resumes for ServiceNow Developer / Architect role urgently.

Candidates must be local(Columbus, OH) willing to work on site 3-5 days per week client location.

We can look at C2H in 6 months or W2 only.

Note:

BGC: From 18th birthday till date criminal background check.

1. Infinite will conduct BGC(background check) and Drug test.
2. State will perform BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and FBI fingerprint checks. BCI takes up to 30 days after fingerprinting.
3. Onboarding will happen once all checks are complete.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes, enhance automation, and deliver strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Perform platform configuration, customization, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
