Sr. Kong Middleware Engineer / Kong Lead
Location: Austin, TX(Onsite)
Contract Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Kong Middleware Engineer or Kong Lead with strong hands-on expertise in API Services implementation and delivering best-practice solutions on the Kong platform.
Key Skills: Kong Gateway, AWS, API Security, CI/CD, API Design Patterns, Lua/OpenResty
Experience: 8+ years in software development with strong API/backend focus
Cloud: AWS (EKS/ECS/EC2, ALB/NLB)
Security: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, mTLS, Rate Limiting
