Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

📌 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology modernization initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions. This role is critical in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum & Feature Driven Design) and hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps for managing user stories and acceptance criteria.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps

• Create process models using UML, BPMN, and process flow diagrams

• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments

• Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution coordination

• Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Work within Agile frameworks to deliver iterative solutions

• Provide guidance on business analysis best practices and process improvement

• Develop functional specifications and business documentation

• Support rollout, training, and user adoption strategies

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management

• Strong experience in workflow analysis and process improvement

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management

• Experience developing and executing UAT test cases

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Feature Driven Design)

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

🎓 Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Certifications preferred: CSM, PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA
