Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Service Cloud Specialist to support and enhance an enterprise Salesforce environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, Service Cloud configuration, user support, and the ability to design and deliver scalable business solutions in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, confident communicator, and capable of working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and value through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce and manage day-to-day platform operations, including:
  • User access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
  • System configuration, customization, and data storage management
• Configure and support Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including case management, queues, assignment rules, and service workflows
• Provide ongoing support through Help Desk ticket resolution by:
  • Responding to Salesforce user inquiries
  • Troubleshooting issues and identifying effective solutions
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation to meet evolving business needs
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
• Review Salesforce seasonal release notes, coordinate internal task force discussions, and manage release readiness and updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and communicate effectively with senior business leaders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience in enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and support
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and best practices
• Expertise in Salesforce security model, customization, and platform governance
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce users through ticketing/help desk processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
• Ability to quickly build credibility by solving high-impact problems early and delivering iterative value
