Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst Senior to serve as a critical interface between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires expertise in requirement gathering, process and data flow design, technical specification design, and business analysis. The candidate will also be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements, defining project objectives, and supporting various stages of the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities: - Interface between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Gather and document requirements effectively.
- Design process and data flows.
- Create technical specifications and business analysis documentation.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Define project objectives and conduct feasibility analysis.
- Support development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create and document UAT strategies, plans, and test cases/scripts.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant IT experience using SDLC and Excel (including Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in the mortgage industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret and present data lineage effectively.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $65- $70
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
