We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines in AWS GovCloud. This role focuses on accelerating secure application delivery, optimizing automation, and integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and manage GitLab runners.
Support secure, automated deployments in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, CloudWatch, etc.)
Develop reusable CI/CD templates and improve release strategies.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
Implement GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD/Flux).
Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) and container scanning into pipelines.
Write and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (plus CloudFormation/Ansible as needed).
Automate testing, linting, and security remediation processes.

Required Qualifications

Strong Git and advanced GitLab experience (CI/CD, merge requests, issue tracking).
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native services.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security best practices.
Proficiency in Terraform and Linux-based environments.
Scripting skills (Python, Bash) and ability to work in collaborative/pair programming settings.
