Are you a .NET developer who enjoys modernizing applications, solving complex business challenges, and building software that makes a real impact? We're looking for a Software Engineer to join a highly collaborative technology team focused on a multi-year application modernization initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on meaningful, long-term projects in a stable environment where quality engineering, teamwork, and work-life balance are valued. You'll play a key role in transforming legacy applications into modern solutions while supporting a large portfolio of business-critical enterprise systems.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Modernize legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications using Blazor
  • Design, develop, and support full-stack applications utilizing C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Analyze existing systems and collaborate on migration strategies
  • Troubleshoot production issues across applications and data environments
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, views, and database objects
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, DBAs, and Infrastructure teams
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and best practices around application modernization

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong experience with C# and Microsoft .NET
  • Experience building and supporting web applications
  • Hands-on Blazor development experience
  • Experience modernizing or migrating legacy .NET applications
  • Strong SQL Server development and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with complex, data-driven enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASP.NET Web Forms experience
  • Experience with ASP.NET Framework 4.x
  • Experience supporting legacy systems while driving modernization efforts
  • Knowledge of Blazor Server, WebAssembly, or Hybrid implementations
  • Experience working with large relational databases
  • Exposure to enterprise application architecture and system integrations

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, plus one additional day onsite 37.5-hour workweek Low-cost health, dental, and vision coverage Pension plan (fully vested after 5 years) 401(k) with employer match (50% match up to 5% contribution) 13 paid holidays 12 paid vacation days (amount increases with tenure up to 25 days) 12 sick days
