What You'll Be Doing- Modernize legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications using Blazor
- Design, develop, and support full-stack applications utilizing C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Analyze existing systems and collaborate on migration strategies
- Troubleshoot production issues across applications and data environments
- Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, views, and database objects
- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, DBAs, and Infrastructure teams
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Contribute to architecture discussions and best practices around application modernization
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C# and Microsoft .NET
- Experience building and supporting web applications
- Hands-on Blazor development experience
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy .NET applications
- Strong SQL Server development and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with complex, data-driven enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications- ASP.NET Web Forms experience
- Experience with ASP.NET Framework 4.x
- Experience supporting legacy systems while driving modernization efforts
- Knowledge of Blazor Server, WebAssembly, or Hybrid implementations
- Experience working with large relational databases
- Exposure to enterprise application architecture and system integrations

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, plus one additional day onsite 37.5-hour workweek Low-cost health, dental, and vision coverage Pension plan (fully vested after 5 years) 401(k) with employer match (50% match up to 5% contribution) 13 paid holidays 12 paid vacation days (amount increases with tenure up to 25 days) 12 sick days
