Job Summary:

The HSM Infrastructure Services Manager will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and management of Hardware Security Module (HSM) devices, ensuring their optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong focus on security, operational continuity, and collaboration with various teams to integrate cryptographic services into business applications.

Responsibilities:

·       Deploy, configure, and manage HSM devices including Thales, Entrust, Futurex, and Utimaco.

·       Maintain and update HSM inventory for accurate tracking and reporting.

·       Submit firewall requests to facilitate secure network traffic between HSM and client systems.

·       Manage HSM partitioning, remote administration, and auditing functions to ensure security and compliance.

·       Conduct firmware and software upgrades while ensuring operational continuity.

·       Ensure HSM configurations comply with relevant standards such as PCI-DSS, PIN, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

·       Monitor for unauthorized access or anomalies in cryptographic operations.

·       Participate in internal and external security audits to validate compliance and security posture.

·       Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate cryptographic services into business applications.

·       Troubleshoot HSM integration issues with applications, APIs, and security services.

·       Implement automated monitoring and ing systems for HSM performance and health.

·       Respond to cryptographic security incidents and conduct root cause investigations.

·       Provide on-call support for HSM-related issues and outages, ensuring rapid resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

·       Proficiency in deploying and managing HSM devices.

·       Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and practices.

·       Experience with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

·       Knowledge of network security protocols and firewall configurations.

·       Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues involving HSMs and applications.

·       Experience in implementing automated monitoring solutions.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

·       Familiarity with cloud security practices and technologies.

·       Experience with scripting languages for automation.

·       Knowledge of security auditing processes and tools.

·       Understanding of application development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Relevant certifications in security or infrastructure management are a plus.
