Summary

Requirements

1 or more years of experience in software technical support and application troubleshooting.
Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio and relational database management.
Experience with mainframe legacy environments and terminal-based debugging.
Experience in Visual Studio and modern software development platforms.
Experience with SQL queries and data conversion processes.
Experience with FOCUS, WebFOCUS, or similar legacy reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve Tier I software issues for enterprise financial management systems.
Perform debugging and technical troubleshooting within legacy mainframe operating environments.
Execute SQL scripts to validate data integrity and support automated reporting systems.
Assist in the modernization and conversion of mainframe reports into contemporary solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for system workflows and support incidents.
Test software enhancements and develop validation scenarios for system performance monitoring.
Utilize Visual Studio and SQL Server to update and maintain automated reporting tools.
