Summary

Requirements

6 or more years of experience as a SQL Server Developer with deep hands-on T-SQL expertise.
Proficiency in writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and advanced SQL queries.
Experience with Oracle-to-SQL Server migrations, including source-to-target mapping and data type conversion.
Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation for completeness and integrity.
Experience with database performance tuning, query optimization, and relational database design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing Oracle database structures, including tables, keys, indexes, and stored procedures.
Develop source-to-target mappings and translate Oracle objects into SQL Server-compatible structures.
Build migration scripts, transformation logic, and ETL/ELT processes for data migration.
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database components, including views, functions, and triggers.
Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across migration cycles.
Troubleshoot data integrity and performance issues, supporting testing throughout the migration lifecycle.
