Position Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to support, modernize, and secure a large-scale enterprise networking environment. This role requires deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies, data center infrastructure, software-defined networking, identity-driven access controls, network observability, and enterprise security solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing mission-critical network infrastructure while supporting modernization initiatives and high-availability enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
<>Data Center & Cisco ACI Infrastructure>
- Design, implement, and support Cisco Nexus platforms within ACI environments.
- Configure and manage VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, ESGs, L3Outs, contracts, and fabric policies.
- Support integrations with containerized and virtualized environments.
- Troubleshoot fabric health, segmentation, endpoint learning, and policy enforcement issues.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, standards, and operational documentation.
<>Enterprise Switching & Software-Defined Networking>
- Deploy and support Cisco Catalyst switching infrastructure.
- Design and administer Software-Defined Access (SDA) environments.
- Manage underlay and overlay networking, policy enforcement, authentication services, and network assurance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize enterprise connectivity and performance.
<>Identity, Security & Access Management>
- Administer network access control and identity management solutions.
- Support Zero Trust and segmentation initiatives.
- Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, and endpoint profiling services.
- Integrate network security technologies with enterprise access management frameworks.
<>Network Monitoring & Analytics>
- Manage network observability and performance monitoring platforms.
- Support network analytics, telemetry, reporting, and visibility initiatives.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations to technical leadership.
- Monitor enterprise network health and proactively identify issues.
<>Core Network Engineering>
- Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking environments.
- Configure and support routing, switching, multicast, QoS, and high-availability solutions.
- Implement and maintain enterprise firewall and network security technologies.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, modernization projects, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
- Strong expertise with Cisco ACI in production environments.
- Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus and Cisco Catalyst platforms.
- Experience designing and supporting Software-Defined Access (SDA) environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, and network security.
- Experience administering identity and access control solutions.
- Hands-on experience with network observability and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise infrastructure.
