Job Summary

Seeking a Senior PEGA Cloud Upgrade Consultant with strong PEGA expertise and proven experience delivering PEGA Cloud version upgrades within the Financial Services domain.

Key Skills

9–10+ years of PEGA experience
Hands-on PEGA Cloud upgrade/migration experience
Strong Financial Services domain background – mandatory
Experience with PEGA Smart Disputes Framework
Mastercard integrations experience
Proven senior-level delivery and upgrade experience
Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
