Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an
Design Specialist (Multimedia) for a
CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier
Regulatory clients.
Remote position - EST/CST Time zones (Prefers someone that can travel to our clients office as needed) Job Summary Under general guidance and in alignment with team workflows, the Multimedia Designer develops print and digital imagery, multimedia, and interactive web-based components in support of Business Learning & Training. This includes E-Learning courses, training materials for in-person/hybrid/virtual events, communications, and micro-learning or quick reference guides. Responsible for the creative design and technical development to create media of varying types and complexity; ensuring deliverables are representative of company brand standards while achieving project goals.
Job Description - Fulfill tasks within the team's design process from start to finish (i.e., from concept to final print or online implementation.)
- Execute on the production of a variety of print and digital materials including presentations, infographics, videos, eLearning courses, web or SharePoint pages, email newsletters, data visualizations, and similar deliverables.
- Effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to analyze project needs, generate ideas, and provide recommendations for appropriate design strategies.
- Ensure adherence to corporate identity and brand guidelines, including management of digital assets. Able to create a variety of visual styles fitting within the overall brand.
- Creatively approach projects with an openness to iterative workflows and experimentation.
Other Responsibilities - Stay abreast of design trends, technologies, and develop skillsets as needed.
- Independently explore design solutions in alignment with creative direction.
- Maintain professional standards and participate actively in team collaboration.
Education/Experience Requirements - Fluent with Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft office products.
- Ability to edit videos and create motion graphics and animation using professional tools.
Preferred Qualifications (ranked) - Experience designing for, or developing eLearning courses and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience in UX and Data Visualization
- Experience using HTML, CSS, JS and/or related languages to control or create images and animations, including the enhancement of websites, forms, and other online interactions.
- Experience with custom configurations of SharePoint sites, Power BI and Power Automate.
Working Conditions - Work is primarily performed on a Mac, including applications and systems that are PC-based.
