About the Opportunity
The AES Group has been selected to join the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, a highly selective group of partners working directly with Anthropic to implement advanced AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Through this partnership, we have access to specialized training, tools, and certifications that are not available publicly. We are opening a limited number of seats for highly motivated students who want to work at the intersection of AI, cloud, and real-world enterprise deployment.
This is a selective, training-first program designed for students who want to build real capability, not just add an internship line to their resume.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete Anthropic partner training programs focused on AI and cloud implementation

- Participate in problem solving discussions tied to real or near-real customer scenarios
Program Expectations
- You will be given access to specialized training available only to Anthropic cloud partners
- You are expected to complete the training and pass the associated certification exams
- This program requires a high level of commitment, discipline, and self-direction
- The goal is to prepare you to contribute to real AI and cloud implementation work
Compensation & Structure
- This is an unpaid, training-focused internship program
- All fees associated with Anthropic certification exams will be fully covered by The AES Group

Who Should Apply
We are looking for candidates who are serious about building in AI:
- Undergraduate students in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong interest in AI, cloud computing, and emerging technologies
- Experience with programming, preferably Python
- Demonstrated initiative through projects, coursework, or self-learning
- Ability to work through ambiguity and learn quickly
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
