What You\'ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Complete electrical and drivability repairs
- Repair engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and other mechanical systems
- Accurately write and document repair estimates
- Utilize shop management software and digital vehicle inspections
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and teammates
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Experience writing repair estimates
- Comfortable using computers, shop management software, and digital inspections
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver\'s license
- ASE Certifications are a plus
