Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 initiatives, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic IT initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects involving Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Manage Exchange Online migration and modernization initiatives.
- Oversee SharePoint Online migrations, governance, and information architecture projects.
- Lead Microsoft Teams deployment, governance, and collaboration initiatives.
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive-level project status reports and communications.
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management standards.
- Drive continuous process improvements and project best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
- Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SMTP Relay, OAuth 2.0, DMARC, and DKIM.
- Experience leading SharePoint Online migration projects.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Teams governance and collaboration solutions.
- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
- Experience managing global or offshore delivery teams.
