Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site/Hybrid)
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
The Opportunity
We are a premier legal-tech and marketing innovation agency that has spent over a decade disrupting the traditional legal landscape. By developing high-performance marketing systems specifically for the legal sector, we've helped thousands of firms-from solo practitioners to large-scale practices-expand their reach and streamline their client acquisition.
We are currently scaling a high-impact SaaS platform designed to automate and optimize how attorneys are recognized and retained. To do this, we are betting on a "small-team, high-output" philosophy, seeking a senior builder who can leverage the latest in AI-assisted development to drive massive product growth.
The Role
System Ownership: Design, build, and deploy entire systems end-to-end, from scalable backend architecture to polished frontend experiences.
AI-Driven Velocity: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a force multiplier to ship production-grade code at a speed that rivals much larger engineering departments.
Autonomous Impact: Operate as part of a lean, three-person engineering team where you have direct influence over the technical roadmap and product trajectory.
Modern Feature Set: Integrate LLM APIs and develop multi-agent or pipeline-based AI architectures to keep our platform at the cutting edge of the industry.
The Technical Stack
Frontend: Expert-level Next.js & TypeScript.
Backend: Expert-level Express.js & Prisma ORM.
Database: PostgreSQL & DynamoDB (for event-driven data patterns).
Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Amplify, S3, CloudFront, CI/CD).
Who You Are
A senior engineer who values output over headcount and thrives in a "zero-bloat" environment.
Someone with a "multiplier" mindset who uses AI tooling to accelerate delivery without sacrificing fundamental engineering quality.
A veteran of small-team or startup environments who enjoys wearing multiple hats and moving fast.
Benefits & Perks
