Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Lead Developer with 11+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter development, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, integration, and support activities while ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables across Teamcenter projects.
Required Skills:
11+ years of experience in Teamcenter development and customization.
Strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.
Experience with Teamcenter workflow development and process automation.
Hands-on experience in Teamcenter data model configuration and customization.
Expertise in Teamcenter access management, roles, groups, and security configurations.
Experience in Teamcenter integrations and data migration activities.
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter deployment, upgrade, and environment management.
Experience troubleshooting complex Teamcenter issues and performance optimization.
Ability to lead development teams and provide technical guidance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Teamcenter development, customization, and enhancement initiatives.
Design and implement scalable Teamcenter solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain BMIDE configurations, ITK customizations, SOA services, and Active Workspace extensions.
Configure and optimize Teamcenter workflows, lifecycles, and business processes.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Teamcenter development standards.
Lead integration efforts involving Teamcenter and enterprise applications.
Support Teamcenter upgrades, deployments, and migration projects.
Analyze and resolve complex production issues related to Teamcenter applications.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams to deliver technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading Teamcenter implementation or upgrade projects.
