Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Santa Clara,  CA (Onsite)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional business processes and technical development. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, support, customization, and enhancement of Oracle EBS modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules such as:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• SCM (PO, INV, OM, BOM, WIP)
• HRMS (if applicable)
• Prepare functional design documents (MD050, BR100, etc.)
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions
• Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments
• Provide end-user training and documentation

Technical Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize:
• Reports (RDF, XML Publisher)
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Extensions
• Workflow
• Strong knowledge of:
• PL/SQL
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• SQL tuning
• APIs and Open Interfaces
• Concurrent Programs
• Support data migration activities
• Troubleshoot performance and production issues
• Handle patches and upgrades

Required Skills

• 10 - 15 years of experience in Oracle EBS
• Strong understanding of at least one functional module (Finance/SCM)
• Hands-on technical development experience
• Experience in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Knowledge of Oracle Apps architecture
• Good understanding of AIM/OUM methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle EBS R12
• Integration experience with third-party systems
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS
• Strong understanding of at least one functional module (Finance/SCM)

• Knowledge of Oracle Apps architecture
