Summary
- Manage user access lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
- Provision/deprovision access across systems, apps, and cloud platforms
- Work with Epic EMR access templates and privileged access management
- Design and automate JIRA workflows (Automation, ScriptRunner, APIs)
- Manage IAM via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory
- Support SSO/Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) and SCIM/API integrations
- Conduct access reviews, audits, and ensure compliance (SOX, ISO, HIPAA)
- Enforce least privilege & segregation of duties (SoD)
- Track IAM metrics and drive process improvements
- Support third-party/vendor risk management
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in IAM / IT Security
- Strong experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, and JIRA
- Experience with PAM, Epic access provisioning
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and automation tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SCIM and entitlement mapping
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Groovy)
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA/CISM, Security+
- Experience in both startup and enterprise environments
