The position:

We are looking for a curious, hands-on Software Engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical problems and working across multiple technology domains. • Investigate failures through log analysis, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
  • Work with embedded devices, networked equipment, and hardware peripherals.
  • Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, testing strategies, and code-quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to solve challenging technical problems.
  • Create clear and effective technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and deployment procedures.
  • Support engineering, manufacturing, and field teams as they diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to real-world problems.
