Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Support Staff professional to provide high-level administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal teams within a fast-paced law firm environment.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring attorneys remain organized, deadlines are met, court filings are completed accurately, and clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Attorney & Legal Team Support

Provide proactive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Assist with workflow management and practice support
Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents
Support scheduling and document management

Document Management & Court Filings

Prepare and organize legal documents for filing
Electronically file documents with courts and agencies
Maintain organized electronic and physical case files

Client & Meeting Coordination

Schedule meetings and conference calls
Coordinate meeting logistics
Manage client communications and correspondence

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of legal administrative support experience
Law firm experience preferred
Experience supporting attorneys and legal teams
Microsoft Office proficiency
Court e-filing experience
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
