Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in solution blueprinting, architecture design, and system assessment. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities (CC&B, MDM), Oracle Fusion, and WebLogic architecture, along with proven experience in defining scalable and robust enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end solution architecture and technical blueprints aligned with business requirements
Lead architecture design, assessment, and modernization initiatives
Provide expertise in Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM) and Oracle Fusion
Design and oversee WebLogic-based architecture and deployments
Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security, and best practices
Support performance tuning, scalability, and system optimization initiatives
Guide development teams on technical design and implementation
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Technical Architecture / Solution Architecture roles
Hands-on expertise in:
Oracle Utilities CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management)
Oracle Fusion Applications
WebLogic Server architecture and administration
Proven experience in solution blueprinting and system design
Experience in architecture assessment and transformation programs
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in utilities domain (energy, water, etc.)
Exposure to cloud architecture (OCI/AWS/Azure) is a plus.
