We are looking for a candidate with experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud to support business operations and system activities related to order processing. The role involves working with business users to understand requirements, supporting system setup, and ensuring orders are processed smoothly through the system.

Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle Order Management Cloud for day-to-day business needs.
- Understand and support order management processes.
- Assist in system configuration and basic setup changes when required.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Support testing activities and help resolve system issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for any system changes or integrations.
- Provide support during system upgrades or enhancements.
- Prepare basic documentation and assist users when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Oracle Order Management Cloud.
- Understanding of order management or order processing activities.
- Ability to work with business users and support system changes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of related supply chain processes is helpful.
