Position: Grafana Data Analyst (Boomi SME)

Requirement:
We're hiring a Grafana Data Analyst (Boomi SME) with strong experience in Grafana dashboard development and the Boomi Integration Platform. The role focuses on building enterprise-grade dashboards, monitoring integration health, configuring alerts, and improving observability across Boomi services and APIs.

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for Boomi integrations.
Monitor integration health, transaction volumes, latency, failures, and service availability.
Configure alerts, analyze performance trends, and support root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve platform monitoring.

Required Skills:

Grafana dashboard development and administration.
Boomi Integration Platform experience.
Monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
SQL, REST APIs, and performance troubleshooting.
Prometheus, Loki, Splunk, or Elasticsearch experience is a plus.
