DevOps Engineer

Overview:
Join a dynamic team as a DevOps Engineer and play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and evolving cloud infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and optimal performance of cloud-based applications. Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services in complex, multi-account environments
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux)
• Experience with configuration management platforms (Ansible, Salt)
• Ability to troubleshoot and automate responses using monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Terragrunt
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOC-2, SOX, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001
• Experience with observability and proactive monitoring tools
• Understanding of AI or machine learning-related infrastructure

Preferred Education and Experience:

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Associate or equivalent are a plus
