Summary
Job Title: Technical Analyst Chatbot Team
About the Role: Our Client is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Chatbot Team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with Google on support tickets to ensure smooth chatbot functionality. This is an onsite role requiring strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform standard Technical Analyst duties, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation of chatbot systems.

Collaborate with the Google team to manage, track, and resolve support tickets related to chatbot operations.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and Google to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Monitor chatbot performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures to maintain a knowledge base for the team.

Assist in the testing and implementation of updates, patches, or enhancements to chatbot platforms.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Support Analyst, or similar technical support role.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.

Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with chatbot platforms, AI, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools.

Familiarity with Google support ticketing processes or collaboration platforms.
