SAP EPPM Consultant

Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite or Remote)
Work Hours: Must work PST hours
Duration: 6 months

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support large-scale data center construction programs. This role focuses on project structuring, cost and budget management, procurement integration, and reporting across complex CAPEX-driven construction portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure WBS, networks, activities, and milestones for end-to-end data center construction lifecycles.

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.

  • Integrate SAP PS with MM/Ariba for contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.

  • Support schedule and resource planning aligned with construction PMO and commissioning teams.

  • Build reporting dashboards covering cost, progress, earned value, and risk using SAP and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO.

  • Drive process improvements, template deployment, and workflow automation for construction project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8 12 years of hands-on SAP Project Systems (PS) experience in:

    • Project accounting

    • Cost control

    • Budgeting

    • Investment management

    • Settlement processes

  • Experience supporting construction / EPC / large CAPEX infrastructure projects (data centers, utilities, industrial, or similar).

  • Strong integration experience with SAP PS + MM + FICO; exposure to Ariba, PPM/EPPM, or Primavera is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Construction contracts

    • Procurement cycles

    • Change management

    • Progress measurement

    • Financial controls

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field.

  • SAP PS Certification preferred.

Essential Skills
  • SAP Project Systems (PS)

Desirable Skills
  • SAP Ariba

  • Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM
