Position Summary

The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the firm''s day-to-day operational and compliance activities in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on processing registration-related documentation, handling compliance tasks, responding to inquiries via phone and email, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily operational activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process U4 and U5 registration forms and related documentation.
  • Perform compliance-related operational tasks and support regulatory requirements.
  • Answer registration-related phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of registration records and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and registration requirements, including FINRA standards.
  • Monitor and review operational processes to identify potential issues and risks.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
