We are seeking an experienced a Financial Operations Analyst with operational partner supporting core financial and business workflows. This role leads the development and execution of a comprehensive, enterprise-wide data strategy, overseeing governance, quality, privacy compliance, analytics capabilities, and modern data architecture.

- P&C Insurance and Financial Operations experience
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted operational partner supporting ongoing financial and logistical workflows
- Own and execute recurring operational cycles, including higher-complexity processes that require accuracy and consistency
- Manage and maintain operational data, ensuring integrity, completeness, and timeliness
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or ambiguities in processes and ask thoughtful clarifying questions
- Coordinate across functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for operational processes and workflows
- Leverage Excel to analyze data, track metrics, and support operational decision-making
- Support broader functional initiatives as needed, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands on experience in financial operations, revenue operations, accounting operations, or a related function
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and process ownership
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and analysis- must know indexing, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP s
- Experience working with operational or financial data in a business environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with recurring financial cycles (e.g., close processes, billing, reporting, reconciliations)
- Comfort working in cross-functional environments and supporting multiple stakeholders
- Should have Experience P& C Insurance Exp as they will be loading files, transferring files, Program On boarding and maintenance
