Pay Rate: $23.10 - $31.30 per hour
1st Shift: (May require overtime and on-call hours)
You're the One They Call When Stuff Hits the Fan. Let's Make It Official.You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a Service Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of electrical/mechanical experience
- Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking and/or refrigeration equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
- Skilled in use of various tools and equipment (e.g. basic hand tools, reading and following service manuals, gauges, meters, etc.)
- Customer Service Abilities: Highly professional demeanor with excellent telephone skills and etiquette. Utilizes various interpersonal styles and communication methods to positively assist and influence customers.
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to read and interpret standard service manuals, mechanical diagrams, sustains understanding of parts stocking and identification methods, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculations of percentages, measurement conversions).
Your Workday in Action:Service Technician responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment, efficiently documenting preventative maintenance tasks, implementing standard operating procedures, being responsible for company vehicles, tools, and inventory, and maintaining a safe workspace.
