Key Requirements:
8+ years of SAP experience with expertise in SAP CS (Customer Service) and SAP S/4HANA Service Management
Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead Architect in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Service Order Management, Installed Base & Equipment Management
Warranty & Service Contract Management
Field Service Execution & Resource Planning
Integration with SAP SD, MM, Finance (R2R), and RAR
Service Billing, Revenue Recognition & Margin Analysis
Master Data Design (Business Partner, Equipment, Functional Locations)
Global Service Delivery, Intercompany Service & Returns/Repairs
Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Blueprinting & Design Governance
Integration Testing, UAT, Cutover Planning & Hypercare Support
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Manufacturing or Semiconductor industry experience
SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
IoT-enabled Service & Predictive Maintenance
PLM (Teamcenter) & MES Integration
Subscription/Service-Based Revenue Models
