Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, technical resources, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.
Hands-on project management experience with Oracle EBS R12.
Experience leading Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
Good understanding of Oracle EBS modules such as:
Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA)
Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Oracle Procurement
Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS project planning and execution.
Manage Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate with technical teams, functional consultants, business users, and vendors.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Manage project documentation, governance, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across Oracle EBS project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience managing large-scale ERP transformation projects.
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP migration is a plus.
