PMO Functional Liaison
Required Skills: PMO experience, Jira/ALM tools, experience with client deliverables/documentation, attention to detail, Microsoft Suite expertise
Responsibilities:
- Liaisons work with the project team tracks to maintain adherence to client/PMO standards and quality.
- work on enabling PMO processes, reporting, deliverable submissions and quality reviews, project planning, team management, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Quality Assurance/Quality control on functional design documents (running checklists, maintaining files) in preparation for submission to the client
- Provide PMO team with weekly updates to project work plan
- Track status of work products/deliverables
- Distribute/provide weekly account-wide communications to the project team
- Complete change request documentation by working with the functional and PMO teams
- Contribute to bi-weekly status updates
- Monitor RAID and maintain design tickets in Jira
- Attend client meetings and support meeting minutes in client format with timely distribution
- Support PMO to make sure team is in compliance with required trainings and client standards
