Required Skills:
- For Java Backend Developers (70% Backend Focus):
- Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8+
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices
- RESTful API development and integration
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- For Java Frontend Developers (70% Frontend Focus):
- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js
- Integration experience with Java-based backend sevices
AI Tooling Requirement (30% Skillset):
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Ability to utilize AI tools for code optimization, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvement
