Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Java to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of an AI-enabled support automation platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise architecture, Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and integrations across ServiceNow, Slack, and other enterprise systems. The candidate will drive technical decisions, establish governance and security standards, and lead client workshops to ensure successful automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the overall solution architecture for an AI-enabled support automation platform.
· Define target architecture and integrations across Traversal, Biggy, Slack, ServiceNow, EMIM, FIS, and AFS.
· Lead AI automation initiatives, including Agentic AI and GenAI solution development.
· Establish governance frameworks, security controls, guardrails, auditability, and approval workflows.
· Drive technical decisions and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
· Lead client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive reviews.
· Oversee automation development, implementation, and delivery.
· Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable integration across enterprise platforms.
