Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Solution Architect

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 12+ months

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate deep understanding of industry best practices, business processes, technical architecture, and value propositions
• Lead the endtoend project lifecycle from solution design through implementation and delivery for clients across industries and geographies
• Engage with business and functional stakeholders to lead requirementgathering workshops and document business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, phased, and executable solution blueprints
• Work with crossfunctional teams to configure and deliver solutions that address complex supply chain and operational challenges
• Establish rigorous performance monitoring and continuous improvement mechanisms
• Manage client issues including defect tracking, rootcause analysis, and resolution
• Plan and deliver Super User and EndUser training for a global audience
• Support customer demos and solution validations
• Actively contribute to internal process and product enhancements based on customer feedback
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements What You Should Possess

• 7+ years of handson experience in implementing Demand Planning applications (mandatory)
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, optimization, and simulation, with exposure to tools such as R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar (desirable)
• Indepth understanding of demand planning concepts, including:
• History cleansing
• Customer segmentation
• Statistical forecasting algorithms and use cases
• Forecast accuracy and error management
• Consensus planning and S&OP processes
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, including:
• Demand Management
• Distribution Planning
• Master Planning
• S&OP
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in one or more languages such as SQL, MDX, or TSQL (desirable)
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to lead by example, with strong product and domain expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations under pressure
