Architect with over 10 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in PEGA BPM solutions.Extensive expertise in system migrations, automation and workflow optimization, complex background process implementation and disaster recovery planning across financial, healthcare, and technology domains.Skilled at resource planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality excellence, on-time project delivery, and cost-effective solutions.Certified Scrum Master, PEGA CSA/CSSA, and SAFe Practitioner, with a history of exceeding project expectations through strategic planning, effective communication, and process optimization.Good understanding of networking and DBMS systems, Data Security & Risk Management and experience of working in cross-functional Agile teams, fostering collaboration and managing global project deliveries across geographies.Lead critical PEGA platform migrations including consolidation projects saving millions in operational costs, improving workflow automation and platform resiliency.Design large-scale enterprise solutions with PEGA workflows, enhancing business agility and compliance.
