Salary: $150,000 - $165,000/ yr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Drive the advisor technology strategy with a focus on innovation and scalability.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate Wealthtech tools to enhance advisor productivity, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Align product strategy with business objectives in partnership with executive leadership.
- Recruit, develop, and lead product owners and consultants while fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Lead integration of third-party solutions into the advisor platform ensuring interoperability, scalability, and security.
- Oversee vendor relationships, QBRs, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Establish KPIs to measure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI of technology investments.
- Drive continuous improvement using advisor feedback and market research.
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Advisor Experience teams for deployment and support.
- Represent the advisor voice in product decisions while balancing business needs and user experience.
- Communicate product strategy, milestones, and progress to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in advisor technology and recommend adoption timing to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Ensure solutions remain scalable to support growth.
Experience Requirements:

- 5+ years of business or technical architecture experience.
- 7+ years in a technical or business leadership role.
- Background in business architecture, enterprise technology strategy, or wealth management platforms.
- Experience with vendor evaluation, integration design, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Suite.
- Strong communication skills to engage executives, advisors, and technology teams.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
- Experience establishing and managing KPIs for product adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
