Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support and enhance existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in the SDLC of a new system (CT-KIND). The candidate will work closely with the System Integrator to ensure effective knowledge transfer and provide ongoing maintenance for assigned modules.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional who is proactive, self-driven, and capable of owning work from requirements through implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce Pages

• Support and enhance existing custom Salesforce applications

• Collaborate with the System Integrator to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and long-term solution support

• Apply strong OOP principles and design patterns in Salesforce development

• Perform application analysis and support system integrations

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices with the team

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall professional IT experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong expertise in Salesforce APEX (OOP), Lightning, Visualforce

• Advanced understanding of Salesforce design patterns, CRUD, SOQL

• Experience working as a Full Stack Developer

• Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion

Additional / Preferred Skills:

• Experience with .NET (OOP, SOA)

• JavaScript frameworks (preferred)

• SQL

• End-to-end web application development experience
