Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior Account Manager in the Carolinas and Southeast region, focusing on growing sales in the industrial automation sector. 
This full-time role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering high-value technical solutions. 
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in automation technologies and sales strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth within assigned accounts, aiming for ≥30% project profitability.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain a 12-month sales forecast and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customer proposals.
Engage with technology partners for joint account planning and execution.

Qualifications
7 years of successful sales experience in industrial automation.
Bachelor''s degree preferred in a related technical field.
Strong network within the industrial automation industry.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and demonstrate business value.
Proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools.
