Pay Range: $70 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud - S&OP and DM solutions for integrated business planning.
- Configure end-to-end planning parameters, forecast, and demand planning setups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in supply chain, finance, and sales to gather requirements and enhance planning processes.
- Optimize integration between demand and supply planning to align with company objectives.
- Analyze historical data to improve forecast accuracy and develop scenario modeling.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports within Oracle Cloud.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for effective system adoption.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to planning and forecasting systems.
- Assist in data migration and integration with other Oracle EBS modules, ensuring system performance tuning.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud S&OP and Demand Management.
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes, data integration, and plan execution.
- Proven ability to analyze data trends and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Experience in developing dashboards and analytics within Oracle Cloud.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
