Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and Agentic AI architectures
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and multi-agent systems
Experience with LLM guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and Responsible AI
Expertise in Python, FastAPI, LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch/TensorFlow
Strong AWS cloud experience including Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions, and VPC
Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Ability to lead distributed/global AI engineering teams
