Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain technical knowledge within client Home Appliance and Electronic Products
- Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
- Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
- Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within client.
- Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
- Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.
- Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years experience preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
