Job Summary

The role serves as the functional design authority and strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities include:

• Leading business analysis and end-to-end functional solution design
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and declarative development
• Platform governance and team mentoring
• Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, testable, and supportable
• Advocating for use of platform-native capabilities before custom development

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, user stories creation, acceptance criteria, Agile delivery support
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce functional design, configuration, data, security, reporting, automation, testing, and release processes

Preferred Education, Certifications, and Experience:

• Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator certifications
• Additional Salesforce certifications like Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Cloud Consultant preferred
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and regulated sectors like healthcare or insurance
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira, process mapping, UAT, change management, DevOps, and release processes

• Requirements elicitation, process analysis, functional solution design, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration including data modeling, Lightning UX, Flow automation, security/sharing, reporting, and data management
• Assess and communicate tradeoffs between configuration, automation, custom development, and integrations
• Stakeholder facilitation, business-to-technical translation, Agile delivery, backlog refinement, testing/UAT, release support
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, platform governance knowledge, focus on scalable business outcomes
