Summary
Responsibilities
- Build libraries in SharePoint Online (SPO) based on data provided by the Information Management Analyst
- Configure custom metadata columns, content types, and document sets
- Assist in developing a process to transfer files from legacy repositories (shared drives, SharePoint On-Prem, legacy SPO) to new libraries
- Evaluate and potentially utilize ShareGate for migration activities
- Create training materials for teams moving files into the new libraries
- Identify areas where Power Automate flows can streamline processes and develop these flows
- Document how automated flows are built and how they can be maintained or updated
- Identify knowledge gaps related to SPO site/library construction and automation and support knowledge transfer to the IM team
- Develop educational materials for end users if required

- Site architecture is already designed
- Work will include Power Automate process development, content/library configuration, and documentation
